Your account

You must be over 18 years of age to open an account with us. Each person, address, shared computer or shared connection may hold only one account. The details you give us at registration must be accurate and complete, and you keep them up to date if anything changes. Your login details are personal, and you keep them confidential.

Restricted countries

The United Kingdom is one of our restricted countries. The list also covers several other European countries, the USA and its territories, Union of Comoros, countries on the FATF blacklist and other prohibited jurisdictions.

Identity checks

Before withdrawals and further deposits we verify your identity. We ask for a signed proof of ID that is not due to expire within the next 3 months, a bank statement or utility bill from the last 3 months as proof of residence, and a selfie with the same ID document. The name on your documents must match the name on your account. Reviewing documents can take up to 30 calendar days, and if a check is unsuccessful we open a support ticket and explain the reason.

Bonus rules

• Only one bonus can be active at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined.
• While a bonus is active, bets come from your real money balance first and then from bonus funds.
• A bonus is valid for 7 days from receipt unless an offer sets its own period.
• You can cancel a bonus at any time and keep your real funds, while the bonus funds and the winnings tied to them are removed.
• Each bonus can be claimed once per person, household, device, payment method and connection.
• Bonus abuse, including multiple accounts and play patterns aimed only at the bonus, can lead to cancelled winnings and a ban from future offers.

Changes to these terms

We may update our bonus terms from time to time. The English version of our terms has full legal effect.
